Bug when reporting a false positive

Hi all,

I would like to report to you a bug that happens when you report a false positive.
I did not try to reproduce it again as I think this is enough to know that there is a problem.
I reported a false positive on the dedicated page and at the same moment I received a confirmation mail for a (resolved) Support request I sent months earlier.
I did not receive any mail about the false positive report.
The support request was opened in May '23 and this is the ticket number → 19326577

When reporting a false positive - You should get a response in a day or two. It isn’t immediate.

I’ve got the (wrong) immediate response and then the correct one yesterday.

Well as an Avast User it won’t be me as such that investigates it.
I was just ensuring you sent it to the correct location.
