When I Build and Run a program, Avast pops up a notification that there is no problem. I really don’t care if there is no problem. I do care that Avast notifies me with a window. I turned off the terrible sound and I thought popups in my settings before, but I keep getting this notification.
Is there something else I need to turn off ?

No, you need to click on “See details”.
With details clicked.
Either disable CyberCapture and/or exclude your dev-environment.
I tried excluding the development environment, and that has worked.

Since my last post everything was fine until I lost my system and everything had to be rebuilt.
Avast is back to telling me there is nothing wrong with my program.
BUT when I click on details, I don’t get the ability to disable CyberCapture
or exclude dev-environment.
Any suggestions ?

Works so far.
The documentation that you sent me to has the
dark theme. Mostly unreadable. Your or someone’s
comments made it possible to know what to do,
but I couldn’t use the images.
The dark theme makes me feel uncomfortable using
Avast, and now that Consumers Reports has written
an article about using Dark Themes, I’m inclined to
go elsewhere or just use Microsoft’s Security.
It is impossible to see what is going on and I make
many errors.
