My problem with my computer is that it starts up and goes pass the windows logo. After that the screen is black. And when in safe mode it loads up files then stops at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\aswrvrt.sys and then goes back to a black screen with a mouse in the middle. Can some one please help me fix my laptop? Thank you in advance for your help
