C:Windows\winstart.bat error file is offline is this a problem or not? This is the result of a quick scan.
Tried to repair and move to chest neither work … nothing happens.
Running mb full scan.
avast is a virus program and will only take action on infected files (avst will give a malware name) and not on reported scan errors
scan errors are just that and does not mean the file is infected
quick scan is enough, it targets all areas where maware hide and run active
All Avast is stating for that file is that it is currently not running and in the great scheme of things can be ignored
