Hi,

I’have read another topic about call blocker but I couldn’t solve my specific problem.

I took note that android 9 no longer allowed avast to access to call log and Avast disable/greyed the option in his menu.
But I have the impression that the list of blocked calls established before the update remains active and we can’t manage/delete it.

Today I have to disable the incoming hidden calls that I had blocked before and I can’t. Where can we manage or delete this list from Avast and phone.

Hi, have you tried to clear the app data/cache or reinstall the app?

Hi Tereza V, thanks for your answer,
so i’have clear the cache and reinstall the app (and try with app uninstalled). Problem was still there.

I can’t clean user data, the button “clean data” is greyed in Android menu, but the app menu show some 9Mo of user’s data. i will search how to remove those data to fix the main problem.

Hi, you need to disable the app in Device Administrators first:

  • open the device Settings
  • go to Security
  • select Device administrators
  • uncheck Avast

Then you should be able to clear the data and cache.
