Can Fiefox work with windows

Hi All,

Just got my new PC for my 17 Birthday and discovered for the first time FireFox.
The man in the shop warned it wont work well with windows, and might damage my pc.
Is it true?

What version of windows?
it should work just fine with windows im running it right now on windows XP

No problems, on contrary, using Firefox on Windows. I’m on it now :wink:

Does Internet Explorer 7 work well with Windows? :wink:
It starts faster than Firefox (2.0.0.12) but on a new PC that shouldn’t be too annoying.
Neither is perfect. Some of the third-party “Add-ons” for Firefox can be unreliable but the program itself will certainly not cause any “damage”.
I’ve used only FF for so long now that when people ask me a question about IE7, I have to learn how to use it before I can begin to answer. :-[

Use both together for a while, and in the end you’ll end up mostly using the one you like the best. :slight_smile:

Do what Vladimyr said, but I bet you’ll keep with Firefox :wink:

It’s just better, I dunno why. All those plugins keep me crazy about it.

You need to find a different shop!

You might also want to try Opera 9 browser before you make your final decision.
