Can i get some Help Please about My Licence

I am curious because i have a yearly subscription ‘Avast Premium Security’ on my computer, Does this cover ALL my devices? Ei… Mobile Phone? As there is a part on bottom of my Launcher that says mobile i did that and all it installs is the FREE one with adverts, I was hoping my Yearly subscription included this cover too on my Phone.

If this is not the case Could someone with some knowledge explain to me about a certain feature that has raised my attention for my mobile is the Use of a VPN. How does that work!? and is it a good feature?

Ahh i see i have single device Pc, But you offer a multiple device upgrade for 10+ devices. This is great! thank you i shall get on to that shortly.

Ok rather confused now. On my Licence using the Avast Launcher-app ON PC, I am logged in using my Info Added my Activation code it says i have multiple Licences , When i Click Manage Account it loads up Subscriptions and then says i don’t have any would i like to buy one? How on earth can that be? I have a yearly Premium Security Subscription.

As mentioned by Benko in the initial post for V19.7, migration might take a few weeks…

I just double-checked your Avast account and subscription to confirm Asyn’s conclusion and avoid any future issues (Asyn isn’t an Avast employee, so couldn’t check this).

The reason that your subscription doesn’t show when you click the “Manage Account” button is because it is not actually linked to your account. This is because the subscription was purchased under a different email address than you have registered your account with (only subscriptions purchased under an email address linked to the account are automatically added to the account).

The easiest way to connect your subscription to the account is to add the second email address as a verified email address, and our system will then link your subscription to the account for you.

To do this, please log into your Avast account at my.avast.com > click your email address in the top right corner > click “My Profile” > click “+ Add another email” under the Email Management section > add the second email. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the subscription to show under the account.

Once the subscription does show, you will see that it is still currently an "Avast Premier"subscription, and has yet to be migrated (as Asyn mentioned).

If you are unsure which email address you have used to purchase the subscription, please reply in this thread and I will send you the email address used via a PM (please don’t post any email addresses here for me to confirm for you, as it’s a public forum and any posted email address are likely to be harvested by scammers/spammers).
