Can not get rid of nem220.dll Pls Help !

I have win98 SE, Avast 4.6 Home edition

I can not get rid of nem220.dll. I get a message of infected memory at avast startup.

I can not repair, chest or delete this file which is located in c:\windows\nem220.dll

If I try to delete it manually, it says that this file is being used by windows.

Can you boot in SafeMode? (press F8 while booting)
Then run avast! from there.
Also, try other Spyware products:

Antispyware applications (freeware): download, install, update and run it.
Ad-Aware
Spybot Search and Destroy
Spywareblaster
A-squared
Ewido
Webroot Spy Sweeper:
Microsoft AntiSpyware
X-Cleaner Free

I have the first 3 freewares that you listed.

I used the TrojanHunter that you recommended and sure enough it got rid of nem220.dll.
