Can´t access to Avast Store from Avast UI

I can´t access to Avast Store from Avast UI. It displays not connected to internet and check to internet connection. But I am connected to internet.
What could I do?

  • I turned off Windows firewall.
  • I reinstalled Avast.
  • I restarted PC many times.
  • I have Win 7.

Nothing helps me.

  • Which Avast…? (Free/Pro/IS/Premium)
  • Which version/build of Avast…?
  • OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?
  • Avast Free version (latest version 20.4.2410 (build 20.4.5312.577), after reinstall)
  • Win 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit, build 7601
  • nothing else antivirus than Avast Free was used

Of course I can… but I would like to purchase a promo offer which is displaying in Avast UI. It needs to purchase via Avast UI.
