I am being charged for a 2nd year in a row for an annual subscription to Avast Cleanup (59.99 EUR by DRI*AVAST Ireland) although I do not receive an email with my order id. I want to cancel it and get a refund. Last year you did not contact me back.
I have the last transaction id from my back account (938620), my product key from the app(WXEXY3-B49VEJ-5C48J6) however when I login in the browser to manage my account and cancel the subscription I get “No subscriptions here, yet.”. When I search for my orders in digital river site with my email and card number I get the following orders:
Order ID. 16502946262 Date. 5/11/2016 Status Order Complete Amount. 39.98EUR
and for my other email
Order ID. 25894207308 Date. 10/24/2018 Status Order Order Complete Amount. 0.00EUR
that seems right if I got a free trial that renewed automatically. I am not able to unsubscribe and since the last charge was 09/09/2020 I want a full refund.
