Hello, I wish to cancel my automatic subscription and get my money back (free trial has already finished) please, but I dont know the order number, It didnt came up to my email, only number of my license (6Q7CZU-NY6992-45C8CN)
Since this is a trial license, there is no unsubscribe button when I go to subscriptions in my account. Therefore, I can’t cancel it.

I have cancelled the auto-renewal subscription for your trial product now, and you will not be automatically charged for any paid subscription in relation to this license.
The trial itself is still valid until Jun/19/2019, so you can continue to enjoy our product until then.
I’m afraid that the auto-renewal for the license number you quoted has already been processed today, so I have instead notified our distributor to refund the payment for you. They will arrange this transaction and notify you in due course.
Please be aware, it may take between 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process, and to have the funds back in your account.
