I do not see the service on my account page however I can see such on the application. Activation code: Y4P2L4-GN25S2-4D94FJ

Mind canceling such for me?

Hi,

I was not able to find any record based on the activation code you sent. However I tried to look for your email in our database and there is a record associated with it, however it includes only Avast Premier which expired Dec/23/2020.

I guess you are interested in cancelling the Cleanup Premium license subscription right?

If so, please check whether you didn’t make a typo while entering the activation code and let me know.

Ah, it seems as if I mixed up the code, here it is once again: Y4P2L4-GN25S2-4D49FJ

That code above is the only thing I wish to cancel. I would like to keep all the other service on my account.
