unable in any way to cancel the free trial before I get charged! Not happy about this!! I want it cancelled right away . It isn’t even working, I get errors !!!
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
What and where did you try this and what were the errors ?
I tried subscriptions in my avast account to not prolong my free trial of Cleanup Premium. It is not listed there so I can’t hit the button. I tried the support page ended up going in circles over and over again. The program itself (Cleanup Premium) doesn’t load anymore ever since I got the mail to prolong my subscription so I can not stop it there. I dont want to prolong the cleanup premium but I seem unable to stop the automatic prolongation. Not happy about this !
This cancellation of a free trial was an issue with Avast Premium as the free trials wasn’t listed in the subscriptions.
However, that was meant to be rectified for the Avast Premium free trials were listed and could be cancelled/unsubscribe.
I have been using Avast Free for over 20 years and it meets my needs and no hassle. I have never been a fan of paying for something for a trial, regardless of what it is for, Avast or otherwise.
I will try to draw some Avast attention to this.
I have been using Avast for free for a longtime. Last 2 years I paid for it. I didn’t see no harm in trying this free trial but it’s a nightmare getting out of it. Would appreciate it if you can shake 'm up
