I’ve been an Avast customer for years. Yesterday, I renewed and extended my Avast Premium Security subscription. I paid with my credit card, and the payment was confirmed. When I log into my account, the applications included in the subscription request payment again. On other occasions, the same applications request to be downloaded and installed again. I try to contact a support representative, but there’s no online contact information available. The only options available are subscription offers for services I’ve already paid for.
I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided by Avast. I’ve lost all trust. I request a cancellation and a refund.
