Cancelled the order, still they took my money from paypal.

I installed avast antivirus and vpn and started the trial, and gave my credit card info to make the payment after 2 months if i choose to keep the software. I uninstalled it pretty quickly as it was not good for me. My avast-page does not show any orders or licences, yet they took my money from paypal today. Tried to email them earlier to confirm my cancel, but they have not answered.
