Play store have ordered a free anti virus trial for me without a current credit card.I have not received a confirmation email together with an order number from them and there is no order number on my profile.I have been trying to cancel the free trial for a week and I accidently pressed the answer reply to my case worker and I have no idea how to get back into support.I don’t want to have an account without a number.I am finding it difficult to find the online chat on avast.Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you
When I signed up for a subscription I accidentally made a typo when typing my email, I could not correct it and it somehow verified the email address and it charged me after the free trail. I’m now still trying to cancel the subscription as I do not have the order ID and only a product key, I have failed numerus times to even make contact with support. I cant get a refund because 30 days have elapsed and I just want to stop the auto renew as my bank details are attached to the subscription with the typo email address
