I have users that cannot get to WWW.generalglass.com. Avant is blocking it. How can I get my users to this site without turning off avast?

Maybe unblocked now, I am not going to go to visit this redirect 
I do not like “Constant Contact” adware code as I do not like ad-launching spam links from newspapers and sites as the one mentioned.
