Cannot Activate iOS App

I’ve been trying to activate my existing subscription on my new iPhone but the app keeps telling me my password is invalid (which it is not). I’ve tried raising this through chat, but the issue got pushed to email support, who, quite frankly haven’t got the slightest idea of how to resolve the problem. They only keep pointing me to the website instructions which do not match the screens I’m seeing in the latest iOS app.

Is there any Avast technical support team on here who can investigate?

i have the same Problem, https://devices.avast.com shows my Windows PC as activated, my iOS Devices are listed with EXPIRED. The Support only sends the Link to FAQ …
