Cannot download from news server

I cannot download from newshosting server after I installed the antivirus, version 23.7.6074
I use windows 11.
What can I do next?

There isn’t much information to work with.
Why can’t you download from the newshosting server, e.g. is Avast Alerting or are you getting error messages displayed ?

I am getting no messages, I cannot download.
The moment I uninstall it it downloads normally.
