I was working fine until yesterday. Today I cannot use the extension and ads are showing everywhere.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Firefox is my default browser and I have uMatrix and uBlock Origin Lite.
Some time ago some time ago (a long time ago) users were advised to switch to the Lite version (I believe it was a Firefox thing, not liking blocking ads, etc.). At that point I switched to the lite version, it still works and blocks less but for me is still reasonably effective.
However if I check the Add-ons in Firefox, I see this.
Opening the See Details, I get this.
uBlock Origin Lite is restricted because it was deleted by the author(s) Effectively they have dropped it, but for now it still works, I don’t know if you can get the Lite version now from regular firefox add-ons location.
The uMatrix add-on is still working.
