Cannot find my paid subscriptions at https://subscriptions.avast.com

Hi,

I am unable to find my paid subscription for Avast Ultimate Security at https://subscriptions.avast.com . I was using same account with free antivirus earlier and then I purchased paid subscription for it. But I am still unable to find the subscription details in my account.

Can you expand on the information or message displayed when you check ?

What do you see if you Right click on the Avast Tray icon and select Registration Information ?

I could see below in Subscriptions on this PC:
Avast Premium Security
Avast Cleanup
Avast SecureLine VPN
Avast Passwords

It should also show the expiry and the license number, etc.

Presumably you have linked this installation to your avast account my.avast.com location (you may have to login to access it). If you start there rather than subscriptions.avast.com of the title, that too should be able to recover the same information.

I had logged into my.avast.com to go to subscriptions.avast.com. But still it does not show anything, I tries opening multiple times on different days. Still no luck.

As an avast free user, registration/subscription information is no longer available, so I can’t test anything. But it should be on the paid versions of avast.

If you can see the details on the Avast tray icon, is that enough ?

The only other thing that I can think of is, is the email used to purchase different to the one you logon to my.avast.com ?

I had been using free version and bought paid subscription on with same email. And I am trying to login through the same email.

I can only suspect that the my.avast.com account is still associated with the old free version as that doesn’t show subscriptions now.

So, How can I get it rectified?

I purchased Avast Ultimate, installed and activated on 2 PC and also connected to my account; but my subscription doesn’t appear on my account :frowning:

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller…?

Afaik, only licences from Avast and official resellers (https://www.avast.com/business/partner-locator) are listed.
