Cannot get rid of URL:Mal Alarm when opening Safari

Hi
I use MacOs Sierra and Safari 10.1.1

Recently every time I open or close Safari I get this warning

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/340565/Bildschirmfoto%202017-03-31%20um%2009.36.24.png

It originally started in Chrome but there I got rid of it by resetting the browser to default.
I tried to do the same in Safari but it hasn’t worked so far.

I uninstalled and deleted all extensions. I read about “invisible extensions” but I could not find any.

What else can I do?

Lena

Tried this ?

This ishow you fix it

Safari Preferences–> Search —> disable “enable quick web search” AND “Preload top hit in the background”

This is a complete epic FAIL having these enabled from Apple. These options should NOT EVEN BE HERE, NOT even coded to do this. Zippo, nota DUMB arss option.
