Cannot install ADNM - MSDE Hang !

Hey Guys

New purchase/installation of Avast and ADNM on a SBS2003, Avast server software has installed correctly with no problem, but I cannot install the ADNM software. Every time it hangs on the installation/configuration of the MSDE Engine. The main screen shows the installation of “SQLRun16.msi”, and then a pop-up installation dialogue box shows configuring of MSDE with 1 second to go and hangs there for ever… until I kill it.

I have cancelled the setup, uninstalled/reinstalled, ran the AVSClear program numerous times to no avail

Can anyone please help me ??

Just to let you know that this resolved itself ;D, I left the program running overnight and here is an extract from the log

Out of interest, whilst I do not have the problem anymore, can anyone give any indication as to why it took so long for the ADNM console to configure the MSDE engine and finish the installation ???
