Have you removed your previous anti-virus software running their removal tool?

Any other security software installed?

Run the Avastclear tool in safe mode (running in normal mode will give you option to go into safe mode) to completely remove Avast - just to make sure - I know it never installed completely.

I previously used avast free. I uninstall it with Avastclear tool in safe mode and there is no other antivirus on my laptop.

Yes. I tried to install the offline installer.

Actually before posting this thread i tried both offline and online installer. and now again here, after your suggestion, i again tried both offline and online version from your links. and like every time, still i get the error!!!

All the error that I see refer to a download error of the installation program.
Check you internet access and make sure your download is successful.
I suggest you use the off-line installer.
