cannot log in

I cannot log in with my browser; I just get a orange loading bar that doesn’t move even slightly.(it’s about one parallelogram long.)
I cannot log in with the Avast program; I just get a window with the spinning loading symbol in the center.
Unlike the bar in my browser, the Avast loading screen disappears after a while, inconspicuously.
My account has Grimefighter, but I been unable to use it despite purchasing it for my computer.

One of our DB services was redeployed during the day, which made my.avast.com shortly unavailable.

I’ve tried before and had the same problem and I still can’t log in.

I click on https://my.avast.com/en-us/ and it stops at the loading bar.

Can you tell what browser/os are you using?

I use Firefox but I thought it should work from the Avast program.

It should work everywhere. Can you login in Firefox normally and not through Avast Account section?

I am also facing the same issue from past 2 days.

I’m new to the forum, but I’ve been using Avast for a good while now. I haven’t been able to log into My.Avast.com all morning. I’m getting the same orange bar as described by the OP back in December.

I can log in on my phone through the app, but not on my laptop through the programme or online.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

PS - I meant to say I’m using Chrome and Windows 8.

Just logged on right now using firefox 35.0.1 without issue.

Also able to logon from the avastUI > Account using avast 2015.10.0.2210 R2 Beta2.

No problem at all.
