cannot login to Android Avast Mobile

I have an Avast premier account that is being used on the family PCs.

But I cannot login to the Avast Mobile app with this account.

On the Avast Mobile Android app, I choose the following:

My Subscriptions → ADD A NEW SUBSCRIPTION → Restore from Avast Account → EMAIL

choose desktop login and password → LOG IN AVAST ACCOUNT

Login failed

Hi,

If I understand correctly, you only have Avast Premium for PC and not a paid subscription
to Avast Mobile Security. You, therefore, would not be able to activate/Restore it, seeing that no such subscription is associated with the Avast Account.

I have a paid Avast premium account which I use on the PCs.

And I cannot login to the Avart Mobile app with those credentials.

I wonder why?

I got it to work and I logged into the Avast Mobile site.

This is what I did:

I uninstalled the Android mobile app.

Then I logged onto Avast Premium Security on my PC.
I clicked on the mobile icon on the bottom left and sent an email about the Avast Mobile security.

On the Android device I opened the email and clicked the START PROTECTING buttton.
Then it installed Avast Mobile security again.

BUT THIS TIME, I could login on my mobile
