Cannot login to Avast Passwords account on any device

Whenever I try to log into my Avast account with Avast Passwords to re-sync my vault, I’m hit with an issue that says “Sorry, we’ve run into a problem. Please try again later.” and that’s it. I cannot log back into my account where all my passwords are stored, is there any way to recover this? I know previous passwords, I know my master password, I’m just not sure what I can do?

I have the exact same problem. Been trying for months. I wont restart my computer in fear that windows updates screwed up my system so bad like last time where I lost almost everything.

Same here. And we still haven’t heard from Avast.
