Hi.
I use crypto mining software, and Avast is regularly crippling it by moving required files to quarantine whenever the software updates.
I work away from home, and leave my PC running so I can mine while I’m away.
But then I come back home, and find that Avast has killed my miners for weeks.
Now, it has quarantined the main mining app I use, and it won’t let me restore it.
I have regularly told Avast to create an exception. It appears to comply.
Then I go away, and find that Avast has killed my mining for several weeks again.
Awesome.
How can I get my app back from the quarantine it shouldn’t be in?
How can I stop Avast from constantly killing my apps?
My main mining app has been deleted, and locked in quarantine…
“Whoops, error occurred.
This file can’t be restored.”
