cannot run avast NetServerEdition console on client machine

hi, guys!
i have a trouble with avast NetServerEdition…
i installed NetServer on windows server 2003 r2 machine. it works. but i can`t run console on this machine. other machines use NetClient and there console runs.
NetServer was instaled from .msi install package, and NetClient by deployment task from ADNM.
it is an issue during the installation or it is normal?

And what happens when you try to run it? Any error messages?

just this loading picture what says that avast is checking the memory and ran application, then it write that "now program will continue its work". and than do nothing. this window disappear and console doesnt start…

HI,

you must review your “Computer Group” Properties or Computer Catalog:

  • Local Scanners: On-access user interface (tray icon): must be Enable. If you choose Ask for password, put the password in Service Properties.

In one of our customer we have this problem because the configurations is “Ask for password” but the pasword is not enable.
