Cannot see sites after I try to start the secure line

It started today, first there was a problem with the audio drive, on windows 10. but now the secure line is not working in the sense that if I start then everything stops, I cannot load any site on the browser. attached are 2 images which I think may be important, the secureline before use to give me the new virtual IP, but now is n/a

sorry, I have now attached the 3 files, a text and 2 images.

Reboot twice.

I rebooted 5 or 6 times, nothing changed, some problem with the windows firewall.
I then uninstalled secureline and then avast premium, and installed it again.
It is now working.
