Cannot Synchronize any of my new devices

I use Avast free and Passwords across 4 devices: 3 Windows PCs and 1 android. It was needed to make a factory reset to the android and one of the PCs. After the factory rest I cannot login or/and synchronize any of these devices even though I use the right credentials (I tested it on the browser and everything is ok). The message is the same to both of them “Unfortunately, we faced a problem. Try again later” (translation from Greek).
Any idea about the problem and a possible solution? I want to have my passwords again in the mobile and it is impossible so far.

I have precisely the same problem (got the latest updates installed). I can confirm these issues:

  • Passwords are not syncing between any of my devices (Android & Win10).
  • After signing out, I can’t log in into the password manager.
  • These abovementioned issues are the same for google-authenticated account and also for directly created Avast account.
  • An older version of Avast client is also affected.
  • I can log in into all my Avast accounts through Avast website without any problems.
  • Reseting password/resetting Avast to defaults/reinstalling does not resolve the issue either.

Update: 13:40 UTC - All the issues seems to be resolved.

Thanks for the feedback. Afaik, it was a backend issue.
