I get an error ‘WebProxyProcessError.terminated’
AntiTrack is showing Privacy Protection Disabled and I cannot seem to enable anything.
Mac, Sequoia 15.1.1, Safari 18.1.1

Facing the same issue
I am having the same problem with Avast Antitrack on my MacBook. When I try to “Enable tracking protection and detection,” I receive this error:
Error occured changing tracking detection (WebProxyProcessError.terminated(“[\“status\”: 6, \“retriesCount\”: 0, \“shouldRelaunch\”: true, \“standardError\”: ]”))
Also, my Privacy Protection is Disabled, and my Digital Fingerprint Protection is “NOT ENABLED” on my browsers (Safair, Chrome, Firefox, Opera. This is very frustrating. Can anyone at Avast provide an update on solving this issue?

I asked the support and they replied:
We sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues with AntiTrack for Mac and the long delay in resolving the anti-tracking feature issues. We understand that this is frustrating and deeply regret the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen complexities, a solution for this bug will not be available until 2026.
We know this is a considerable wait, and we are working hard to provide a stable and effective solution as soon as possible.
Rest assured that this issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
As you are a valued member, I am extending your membership by a total of 6 months as compensation in this case.
I’m experiencing the same problem, however I’m not even able to contact the support… entering all the requested details like order number, e-mail, etc. and then just ends up where I started with trying to get support ; having to re-enter the details to get the support!
I was told this by Avast support: “I hope that we will be able to resolve the AntiTrack compatibility issue with Apple Silicon in the near future”
