Can't access my account...

When I try to log in to my account it tells me it doesn’t recognize my email. it’s the email I used to set up the account and I still get emails from Avast in my inbox so I’m a bit confused how the system doesn’t recognize my email…

Any help at all would be appreciated.

You need to contact avast for things like that > https://support.avast.com

Have you tried logging in through my.avast.com ???

Hey i completely forget my main password do something. can you recover it.

No, but you can do so yourself.
Click on the “Can’t access your account” link.
