I do not get on option to enter activation code. The menu only offers settings, help or about options. How do I activate this on my window computer?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Ordinarily you should have received an email with your activation code, I’m assuming that you received this ?
I don’t use the Avast Driver Updater, so I can’t speak from personal experience. However, I wonder if there isn’t a means of doing that via logging on to your Avast Account. id.avast.com
I also dont get an option to enter my activation code. When I click on any of the options for updating the drivers it takes me a another popup that says to renew my subscription. So just goes around in circles. Tried support today for a refund but of course they try and talk you out of it and give you a number to call which I called before to no avail. So, I personally will do what I always do. Give them a crap review for customer service and stop using all their products and take my business elsewhere..
