Can't apply new license for Avast Premier

I extended my Avast Premier license for 2 years till 2021 but the program doesn’t permit it.

Can I ask that you add your screenshot photo as an attachment to your post. People are often wary of viewing via external links.
Also as you have paid version you should be able to receive support from Avast. Others viewing may provide you the appropriate link to avast support.
