Can't Cancel Avast Cleanup Premium Auto-Renewal - Subscription Not Showing in My Account

Hey everyone,

I need some help canceling my Avast Cleanup Premium auto-renewal, but I’m running into a frustrating problem. Here’s my situation:

The app on my PC shows I have an active subscription expiring on December 18, 2025 (35 days remaining), but when I log into my Avast Account and go to “My Subscriptions,” this subscription doesn’t appear at all. There’s literally nothing there for me to cancel.

I’m pretty sure I unintentionally subscribed to this when I wasn’t properly logged into my account, and now I’m stuck. I don’t use this product at all, I’m not satisfied with it, and I really don’t want to get charged when the renewal comes up.

I’ve tried:

  • Checking my Avast Account multiple times

  • Looking for the “Manage subscription” option (it’s not there because the subscription isn’t listed)

Has anyone else dealt with this issue? How did you get it resolved? Do I need to contact support directly, or is there some way to manually add the subscription to my account so I can cancel it myself?

I’d really appreciate any advice before I get charged for something I never wanted in the first place.

I'm having the same problem and I don't know how to solve it, and trying to talk to Avast is frustrating.
