cant connect using vpn have a 3 year license

just purchased a 3 year license but when i try and connect it says i( your plan only allows 1 connection but have only got installed on 1 pc ) any help or ideas

Do not open more than one support ticket. And they can take between 3 to 5 days to answer it.

I have been using Avast vpn until i stopped my automatic renewal and it is now requesting for me to enter license and when i entered it, it says, sorry, this activation code is for an unsupported product
