can't delete email

I’m sure you can imagine what a nightmare this is. I can sometimes delete one or two emails before my computer totally stops responding. I use Firefox and this problem began soon after they “upgraded” their email system. Can you help? I’m at 1493 emails and climbing!

your Malwarebytes log say no action taken … after scan you need to make sure what is detected is marked for removal and click remove selected

then run and attach OTL diagnostic log…

I only saw 2 items

How do I delete them? Sorry to be so thick

You need to rerun the scan then “show results”… make sure the infections are ticked and then click “remove selected.”
