I GO TO MY IP ADDRESS AND IT SAYS ITS SHARING WITH SOMEBODY ELSE. SO I TRY AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. THEY NOT ONLY DID NOT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR ANOTHER MONTH, PUT IT ON AUTO-RENEWAL AND CHARGED A CARD I DIDNT EVEN HAVE LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I TRIED TO CALL BILLING, THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND ALL I DO IS GET THE RUN AROUND. THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS!!!
The only way you can fix this, is 1) Stop shouting at us. We don’t even WORK for Avast!. We are volunteers.

Go to the link Pondus provided you, submit a ticket and WAIT. You MUST wait. If you do not, and spam them tickets everyday, You will NOT be served. Once you submit a new ticket, you’re placed at the BACK of the line. (Aka, last.)
Be polite in the ticket. If you scream at them with a line like “F* YOU, GIVE ME MY F’IN MONEY BACK YOU BRICK-HEADS.” likely you’ll be serviced by the local Police rather then support. (Or any form of threat for that matter. Excluding legal action of course).
It’s all in the etiquette mate. It goes a lot smoother when you’re polite. I learned that the hard way.
