click the link and download gmer from the following url

once downloaded, run the gmer scan to check for any hidden processes

sens avast detects them but won’t be able to either delete or send to the chest, I suggest a boot scan with avast and from there send the infections to the chest instead then deleting them.

if that won’t work go with the post above, or you could give malwarebytes a shot and see if that could solve it to.

good luck

that scan is taking way to long…45 minutes scaning and still didn’t finish. I’m gonna try the boot scan

I already tried it Malwarebytes before and it does nothing. Btw how does the bootscan work? I’ve never ran it before…I can delete the rootkits before the system start’s up?

here are directions for avast bootscan (as above)

avast bootscan

The bootscan didn’t find the rootkits…
I deleted everything manually from the virus chest

if the infections where in the chest from the first place you could have keep them there because it won’t do any harm to your computer in the chest. And then rescan them a few days later if it still comes up as malware you could delete them.

It looks like the rootkits were in the chest all along. I deleted everythig in it,ran a full scan and there was no threat found
