Can't download anything and explorer.exe crashes

I’ve run MBAM under the instruction of alan/michael as well of Adwcleaner It takes 10-30 minutes to download any type of file. I’ll attach the logs.

Note: Alan is letting me borrow his account for the moment

Is it just an exceedingly slow download or is it being blocked ?

It’s beyond slow. It takes a good 10 minutes for chrome to even register a site… Exlorer is still crashing. OTL is running. THat download went fine

Is this a recent problem or has it been getting worse over time ?

On reboot OTL will produce a log, could you attach that please

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL

Open an elevated command prompt :

Go Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator
In the back box that opens type in the following command :

sfc /scannow

Allow it to complete and then reboot
