Can't edit my personal settings in this board

Why can’t I edit my signature, avatar etc. from the Profile panel in this board? I can only change email and password…

Unfortunately, to be able to change your profile settings you need to have at least 20 posts.
This is to prevent spamming etc. on the forum.
