I tried to access my avast last year after paying for a subscription on a loaner pc. I was pretty sure I cancelled any auto renewal payments. I recently discovered i was charged $80 for a renewal. However, I CANNOT EVEN ACCESS AVAST on any of my email accounts that I manage belive me I have 5 and ive tried all 5 with my ‘last 5 digigts of my credit card’ on all 3 of their find my account sites. This is ridiculous I have the PayPal confirmation number which should track to an account. So much for support Avast you pricks. I have made this temporary account to get some damn assistance with this issue.
The problem is i dont even have an email with my order confirmation so i cannot submit a ticket… I only have the paypal transaction number. I cant access the account i signed up on. It tells me it doesnt exist. How do i submit a ticket from here???
The last support ticket place i went to wanted my order id thank you for sending me to an alternative location. Hopefully I Can get this cancelled and refunded.

Just have a little patience.
Whatever you do, do not change the ticket or post a new one.
As they use a FIFO system, doing so will push your ticket back to the bottom of the stack.
