Can't find a way to cancel a subscription I don't have

I’ve been getting billed for a product I haven’t used, to a credit card that has been made inactive by the bank. I tried to cancel my ‘non’ subscription and was referred to a page that told me I didn’t have ANY subscriptions and therefore couldn’t send m to the cancellation page. Not a contact phone number on the site that works
