Hello, I don’t know, how to fix it, i can’t boot anything. Even instalation CD hangs on disk.sys. Only things which I can boot is Hiren’s boot CD and Ubuntu 12.04. Could you please help me?

Well, since you can boot with Live CD’s, I’d first check to see if the HDD is still good. Hiren’s may be able to check that for you. If the HDD is in good condition, then a malware expert will be contacted for you for other ways to restore your system back to working order.
Let us know. And first back up all your personal files on at least two different media that you wish to keep, if able, before proceeding.
Checked disk with HDD Regenerator and HD Tune PRO, crystal clear condition. Also, somehow idea appears to me about reseting BIOS. And it worked. So only thing, what I need is How can I remove this topic?
