Can't get rid of AppEnable

I can’t get rid of AppEnable. Everytime I ask the program to remove the App it says that “an unexpected errror has occurred”. I have already tried deleting it through my control panel, but the app is still running on my browsers.

Anyone who can help?

Did you disable adblocking before you tried? There might just be the interference you have met.
