can't get to the technical support page

Trying to get to tech support. Every time I click on the link I get a blank page.

It is not possible at the moment for me also to get to the main www.avast.com site.


I just visited the main page a few seconds ago. So, it seems to be working now.


Yes, back up for me too.

My avast home edition only scans about 85% of my files. Can you give any advice. I’m new at this computer game and still feeling my way, so hope you can bear with me. Regards from Hervey Bay, Q’ld, Australia.

Some examples of what ‘isn’t’ being scanned file name and location, plus importantly the reason given for not being scanned ?

Files that can’t be scanned are just that, not an indication they are suspicious/infected, just unable to be scanned.
