Hi, i have problem with malware, i read a posto and try to get installed Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, but it comes a error related with FRST64.EXE COMMON LANGUAGE RUNTIME DEBUGGING SRVICES

PROCESSES ID= 0xef71a2, Tread Id=0xef4545 (15680837)

Please, how i fix it.

follow instructions here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
scroll down to Farbar Recovery Scan Tool … run as instructed and attach the two diagnostic logs

Segui los pasos, ejecute como administrador, me sale un error, adjunto imagen del error

Download a fresh copy of FRST please, Farbar believes he has now fixed that error

@ essexboy

elebola came to the Spanish forum with an infected pendrive which hid multiple folders in his/her computer. I said to come here if he/she knew English otherwise to go to forospyware. I will help if necessary. One question. If he downloads FRST again, wouldn’t he need to get rid of the one he already have ?

@ elebola

No. He just needs to ensure he runs the Correct and updated version of Farbar. (So if that means he’d prefer deleting the OLD one, then yes).

If FRST detects and update, it’ll automatically make a folder Called FRST - Old (Or something like that) and place the Newest version in the the previous directory of the old one.

thanks, i download a correct version time after time and i cant get it installed, always the same error, i have win 7 64 bits.

@iroc9555 tienes el link del forum en español para exponer mi caso.

OK I will pass that on to Farbar again

Clean the USB with MCShield

Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/73555776/mcshield%20unhide.JPG

Plug in the drive and McShield will start a scan

Then get the log which will be located under the logs tab on the main page

And post that

I will be off line now for a few days so maybe a visit to forospyware would be better

Mejor que busques ayuda en el foro de español de forospyware

I think i solved the problem, my avast after this attack is working normaly, or i need to reinstall

i send reports

If Avast is in green and it says you are protected, it is working and you do not need to reinstall.
