I connect to South Africa but DSTV does not load there is continuous circle. I am old. Very limited tech knowledge.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Many Companies/sites actively try to block VPNs as they try circumvent site country boundaries. The VPN tries to make it look like the user is in that country. VPNs also stop sites identifying you.
I don’t use a VPN so I’m not familiar with this, but you should be able to use VPN Split Tunnelling and see if that helps.

Presumably this site loads if they don’t use a VPN ?
If so, not being a VPN user, I wonder if it is possible to add an exception for this site so a VPN isn’t used.
