Can't log in on PC

When I try to log in on my PC, it gives me an error.
I can log in from my browser and from my phone just fine, but it doesn’t log me in on my PC.
Help?

a message on the screen or nothing at all

Just a general error message: “Login failed, please try again later”

if it is with firefox ,can you check that windows time is not ahead.
there is a bug still unresolved but I do not know if this is your case, because normally the wheel turns indefinitely, without error displayed

No, I can log in from my browser just fine, I can’t log in in the antivirus itself.

  • Which Avast…? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
  • Which version…?
  • OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

I just logged in via UI without problem.
Wonder if it’s an Avast server related problem ???

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

That didn’t help at all.

Try OpenDNS or GoogleDNS.
